As a counsellor and practitioner, I have found that one of the main things I support individuals in doing is finding a strong connection to themselves and their inner knowing.  Often the limitations to this are a result of what we carry forward, or try not to carry forward, from our inheritance of life.

This workshop has come out of my own personal evolution and the support of elders and teachers along my path.  I have lived, researched and liberated myself from the confines of  communal and family ideology.  I see the threads of resistance and brilliance in the individuals I work with, and I know we need to come to terms with who we are now, where we have come from – to become all that we can be.

This takes tremendous courage and a raw kind of authenticity.  Often, the environment of our daily lives is not a conducive space for the delicate  emergence of our authentic selves.  The first test steps can be messy, testing capacity, or perspective while strengthening the connection to our own inner guidance system. It is easier to do when we are held during this process.  Cradled by nature, nurtured by good food, and nudged by the our own wisdom through dreams.  You only have to be ready to observe,  listen deeply and allow your Self to emerge.

Why now?  Because our world is in the throes of contraction and we need those that know who they are to be living examples of what that is like.  So that the transformation in daily life is a little more accepting, a little more caring, and ultimately a little more loving.
