The Residential Retreat Details
In this retreat, we will learn to hear the subtle inner voice and transform long-standing patterns into creative fodder to recuperate your ancestral birthright. This is not simply a journey; it is a remembering of who you are.
Techniques are drawn from western and transpersonal psychology, spiritual technology, and cultural dream practices, while others are drawn from the inspiration of the moment.
In this retreat you will . . .
- Engage with your dreams through a variety of dream practices, some of which include playful dream theatre, symbols, and archetypes.
- Discover personal blind spots and generational family patterns—letting go or transforming them through group and partnered work, spiritual technology, and ceremony.
- Reconnect with yourSelf through mindful presence practices and creative expression.
- Learn techniques to expand your sense perceptions while strengthening and deepening the connection to your inner voice.
- Soften and open while gaining deep rest and relaxation by being held by the ocean, cradled by the forest and nurtured with good food.

The energy of the group helps to move you to depths that you are unable to go to on your
own, or in one on one therapy sessions.
We also learn from seeing other perspectives. Often creativity and collective intent bring
inspiration that is otherwise not possible.
Here we lean into Carl Jung’s perspective of the collective unconscious.
I will use techniques and practices that I have learned through elders and teachers of various cultures and traditions. Some of these are: Western and Transpersonal Psychology; Dzogchen; Tantra; Kabballah; and Shamanism.
This is about finding your own path. I will offer tools and techniques from different paths. The foundation of all exercises is is a bit therapeutic, a bit transpersonal and a bit inspired by the magic of the moment
You do not need to know who your birth family is. Many of the practices and dream techniques will help you discover what you need to know.
No, you do not need to be connected to be able to reclaim the power within your lineage. You will gain clarity on what patterns you still carry and use the time in the retreat to transform them.
These are practices passed on through lineages that are specialized to address or soften adverse conditions
conditions in our daily lives. I have been taught these practices by various lineage holders and
teachers. I share them with clients and students when they are needed and can help to alleviate suffering.
You do not need to remember your dreams, but you do need to be open to participating in creative
imagination within the group.
If you want to learn to remember your dreams, you can take the 6-week online course called the “Magic in Symbols & Dreams”. This will teach you all you need to know to be able to work your dreams on your own.
Yes. Many are familiar with the Jungian archetypes, we will use these as a general reference, however we will look at a different modal of archetypes that was shared with me by an indigenous elder.
