Optional: 2-Month Preparatory Program

This offering is shared with you in the joy with which it was shared with me. A recognition that personal transformation, growth and evolution is a process worthy of honouring with conscious attention, and, it is easier with guidance.
Participating in this 2-month commitment to prepare yourself for the residential dreaming retreat will do, at minimum, the following:
- Bring more clarity to patterns that you want to transform in the retreat
- Bring awareness to your own energy and how you currently manage it
- Activates and builds energy to facilitate the process within the retreat
- Ensure your whole being is clear you are committed to claiming your birth-right
This process is, in a manner of speaking, a permission slip, or a confirmation of your commitment to your own evolution. This is not about someone else or starting to follow a specific spiritual path. It is about re-connecting to your Self on your own path so that when you are faced with challenges, you do not lose alignment with who you are and you can still hear your inner voice.
In a residential retreat we have the capacity to seclude our self from the outside world to allow for deeper listening and reflection. However, I have seen that often when people return home it is difficult for them to maintain their connection to themselves. Therefore, we start at home, facilitate transformation within a group and then, return home. This gives us better possibilities in the whole process.
It is my delight to share what I have learned in fostering your re-connection to that which is already yours. I believe that this 2-month preparation will create better conditions for you.
Format
Months one and two:
- 3 self-reflection prompts each month
- a worksheet to go with the prompts
- 20 min. chi-kung exercise to support your process (video call)
- a 1-hour group video meeting each month
- Meet each other and share some reflections as a way to get to know who else is on the journey with us.
- Q&A to discuss anything that arises in the process.
- In the last part of the call, there will be some tips, tricks, and tools to help you along.
How much time should you allocate to this 2-month process?
As much as you can, and still none is necessary.
- A minimum recommendation is about 1.5–2 hours each week. (15-min/day)


What is expected of you during these 2 months.
- You are asked to rise with the sun and sleep as soon as night sets in.
- You are asked not to take stimulants of any kind (e.g., caffeine – this includes chocolate, alcohol, medications, recreational drugs, etc.).
- You are asked not to have sex or to masturbate. I know you thought coffee and chocolate were hard to drop.
- You are asked to observe your thoughts.
- You are asked to reduce screen time as much as possible.
- You are asked not to eat meat, at the minimum not to eat red meat.
- You are asked to eat, preferably, what is seasonal and local to the best of your ability.
All of this is at your discretion and to your own capacity and will. The request is that you do this for 2 months prior to the retreat. However, should you find some areas difficult then at least do those for 30 days prior to the retreat.
It is good to buddy up with someone to share some of the discoveries you make as they come about. We will do our best to facilitate this.
The goal is to align ourselves with our own energy and the flow of nature so that we may be attuned to when we encounter something that is or is not us / ours.
I will offer support to you during this time to answer questions and help you keep focus.
What will you learn?
There are no expectations for what you will learn, as this is entirely up to you, your consciousness, and your will.
Technical requirements:
- internet access
- access to a computer or i-pad capable of running zoom, and potentially Facebook
